OUR CERAMIC COATING PROCESS
STEP 1:
VEHICLE INSPECTION & CONSULT:
We measure your vehicles paint thickness and evaluate the current condition of it’s clear coat to ensure we’re recommended the right level of correction & coating.
STEP 2:
SURFACE PREP & DECONTAMINATION:
Your vehicle goes thru a multi step wash & decontamination process to remove anything on the surface that would interfere with the polishing process or ceramic coating bonding properly.
STEP 3:
PAINT CORRECTION:
We remove swirls, scratches & imperfections from the clear coat to maximize the vehicles shine prior to installing the coating.
STEP 4:
CERAMIC COATING INSTALL & CURE:
Once the paint is properly prepped & polished, we install the ceramic coating and allow it to cure for about 24 Hours in a controlled, dry environment.
